Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations

**Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph the items in natural sunlight.  Please email with questions or request additional photos before purchase.

**Although all our products are made from high quality crystal clear UV resistant resin, all resin will yellow/discolor over time.  Care for your items by keeping them out of sunlight. There will be no returns, exchanges, or refunds due to discoloration.

 

Returns and Exchanges are accepted with the following conditions:

• Contact must be made within 5 business days of delivery.  
• Item(s) must be in original packaging in the original condition. Photos must be provided as proof of condition.
• Item(s) must be shipped back within 10 business days of original delivery.
• Custom and special orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

A return label will be provided by Pour Intention.  Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs, and must be paid before an exchange is made.  Any "free shipping" promotions do NOT apply to returns/exhanges.  Refunds for returns will be processed by us within TWO business days of receiving item(s) MINUS 15% restocking fee, MINUS the added shipping cost, and MINUS any loss of value/cost of repairing damage.  

 

Cancellations:

Order may be cancelled BEFORE the item has shipped.  Once there is a tracking number listed on our website for your order, it is too late.  Refunds for cancellations will be processed by us within TWO business days.
