Shipping Policy

We aim to get you your items to you as quickly as possible and generally ship the same day, however shipping time estimates generated are not guaranteed.

Your item(s) will be properly and carefully packaged, however we can not guarantee that the shipping companies will carefully handle your package.  PLEASE PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE.  We offer Insurance through ROUTE, which is a very affordable. (See their website, https://route.com for more information)  At a cost of only 1-2% of the total cart, your items are fully protected from damage, loss, and theft.  You will see and on-off slider directly above the checkout button in your cart.  I do not refund or exchange for shipping issues.  

If you want faster shipping, expedited shipping is available at customer cost.  Our shipments will ordinarily be made by USPS or UPS.  Our default (free) will be standard ground shipping which we would expect to take 3-4 days to any address in the Continental United States.  Additional time should be anticipated for Alaska, Hawaii, international orders, and APO/FPO/DPO.  

**Any tax required to be paid (customs) for international orders is the responsible of the buyer**
